Feng Shui and Your Home

Just about everyone has heard of Feng Shui. It can be said that it is the art of placement of things in and around your home in such a way to provide a positive energy flow. Feng Shui is based on the five elements of metal, wood, water, earth & fire. How these elements relate to one another help you determine how to arrange and choose items and colors to decorate your home. It can be somewhat confusing at first and requires a little bit of study to understand Feng Shui. But with some reading and perhaps a class, anyone can start to Feng Shui their home and have great results. My favorite source for Feng Shui information is Kathryn Weber, author of The Red Lotus Letter E-zine. I have taken a couple of classes from her and also had her come out and do a Feng Shui consultation at our home.
